Omg, Sugar. I was so unsure of what you thought of me after you left because even though I loved talking with you I was afraid you thought it was all fake, so I'm glad to see you liked me too. Balancing my friendship with you and my friendship with Heidi was so stressful. I'm so relieved that you don't hate me, you have no idea. I love you girlie!

Hey Rich, I am aware of that and I've already discussed this in Drew's question. I did not come here fully expecting that I have this in bag and that I'm on top of world if I were to win this. I'm very aware of strengths and weaknesses in this game. I am not loudest person here, which prevented me from calling the shots or busting a move early in the game, but I did persevered by trying to find my inner footing . I think I've at least proved myself that I'm worthy of winning this despite my weaknesses which we all have , so in my opinion the way I see it is if you're willing to change your path and make yourself heard and seen to the jury that I'm worthy of winning this, than I feel that's what matters in the end.
As for the Katie being medevac/removed, I don't think it's fair to judge or perceive (not saying you are, just in general) that I was going to have a free ride on this, because it's not something that I had control over. I had no idea Katie wasn't going to make it, and in the end I got immune because of the game, and it's not like I slacked in this game, I still got along with the people of my tribe, my Pohnpei days were one of the best days I've had in this game because of the friendship I've made with everyone
thank for the question Rich!
Richard wrote:Hayden: Honestly, I'm open to voting for you tonight. One thing that I value in a Stranded contestant is self-awareness, so I want to ask you this:
Being in Ponderosa, it appears to me that the people who might vote for you are only doing so for lack of better options (votes against Heidi/Tammy). Are you aware that if you win, it will be because you got votes against Heidi and Tammy and not votes for you to win?
If you acknowledge that, I could really see myself voting for you. Otherwise, I would have a really hard time justifying giving my vote to someone who was immune through the first portion of the game because their partner didn't even bother showing up (while the rest of us worked super hard), went to sleep for the middle of the game and only woke up at final 6.

I also hid my relationship with other people from Heidi a bit more, I think whereas I knew basically everything that went on with Heidi, who she was close with, who she trusted, etc. I held my cards a bit closer to my chest and, people like Sierra/Hayden/Penner can attest to it - the rounds where Heidi was targeted, I was working to set myself up so that if Heidi did leave, I had options.
More like you waited to mention it until five minutes before tribal council so that I wouldn't freak out.

I guess something else I should add to this part of the jury segment, since it applies to Rich's question, is Tammy's pre-swap game on the original Saipan, which sucked. She was "busy" with something else and I was basically carrying the weight for our game.
Penner, Val, and Rich can all attest to this

Sugar I'm really sorry about the vote, and like I've mentioned in my OS, I felt that it wasn't going to benefit me in the long run if I had kept you in here considering the immunity-twist between Heidi &Tammy
Therefore I had to lookout for my own safety, in this game, you're a great person and I thoroughly enjoyed our movie talks together, and sorry again that the vote happened very suddenly, it was not my intention to burn you at all
Thanks for understanding, keep in touch Sugar <3

Heidi, good game, I hope you get out of it whatever it is that you wanted.
Hayden, you're a great person to chat with...it's a shame you decided you'd be better off here with the girls than with Penner and I...but I understand.
Tammy, In a different game you probably would have been my number one ally, I had a blast getting to know you and thanks for keeping this fun. Good Luck to you all! you're all awesome in your own way!!!

YOOOOOOO.
First of all, I'm going to do the cliche thing and say you all did awesome. No matter what happens tonight, you beat out 21 other players that couldn't get to where you are, and that's fucking cool. You clearly all played better than we did, otherwise we'd be sitting up there. So major kudos kids. Remember though, you're dealing with 10 jurors who envy the shit out of your position tonight, so we're all going to have a little bitterness when addressing you for the first time in a while (some longer than others ). We don't hate you, we're just jealous. Don't let it take away from the fact that YOU FUCKING DID IT.
Now, onto the fun part. SIDE NOTE: I wrote these on Saturday night without knowing what the other questions would be, obviously some have been answered already. So I have now added a Choose Your Own Adventure route last minute! Feel free to answer option A or B.
Heidi
I think you should win tonight, I'll just come out and say that. But I also was one of the few people that got an inside look at your game from a very early position and am only one person on a jury of ten. While luck certainly played a role in getting you here today (as you've addressed to Sierra), I think you did decide parts of the game and did make some moves. Right?
Option A: What is one move that you can confidently point to and say, "This move is what changed the direction of MY game and got me here tonight?"
Option B: Thoughts on the most recent ep of AHS?
Tammy
Obviously you know you're viewed as a #2 in your duo from a lot of the jury. But nobody else was privy to the conversations you and Heidi had together. Only y'all actually know what was what between you. So, my question for you...
Option A: Do you think you would still be sitting in the final three if Heidi didn't exist? And I don't want to go down scenarios if she was voted out b/c that's a huge black hole we'll never get out of, but do you think the relationships you built would've been strong enough to stand on their own and get you here?
Option B: Have you fucking used MeetUp yet? Literally been bothering me since I left.
Hayden
Obviously you were playing a strong UTR game and I commend you for doing so. But now you've hit the hard part which is convincing a jury full of people that didn't get to see your game up close and personal that you, in fact, WERE in charge of your game. You obviously had strong shields surrounding you (loud ones at that) and decisions seemed to be coming from your bosses rather than you. You seemed to be riding in a comfortable position until F6 when you finally made an active move. Your question...
Option A: Were there decisions seemingly made by Dan or Sierra that came from you? Did you have sway within that alliance?
Option B: How would you rate AUS Survivor compared to other US seasons?
Thanks for an INCREDIBLE season and experience y'all. Love each of you in very different ways.

Hi Ozzy!!
So glad to hear from you again. Besides Tammy, you were definitely the person I "socialized" with most in this game. I viewed you as a crucial component in my game. Because of the little time I had for smalltalk, I had to focus my social energy/time in on a few people, and you were one of them. So I am not going to point to a super specific move, but you were behind the scenes on all seven votes after Richard left and before you left, and you know how important I was in the formulation of those (except Val leaving). You were a big part of that winning formula and I'd like to think that I played the largest role in bringing you to the table. Dating back to Pohnpei after the first swap, I knew you were the most on the outside of the Indonesian Elephant and the other alliances that existed before the games, so I recognized the power that you could have to help me out. And I genuinely liked you, which is more than I can say for someone like Sugar.
I think that getting you to vote Nate out was pretty consequential, though, because I had serious concerns about you, him, and Penner going for it together at the end. I also knew that Nate and Sierra were close so it was important to force her to make that move, which I needed your vote for. We had a ton of close votes this merge and I was almost on the losing end of all of them, but thanks to your help, be it from an idol or a vote, I was able to make it here today. The largest of those was definitely the vote to send home Nate, but it would be a mistake to look at them in isolation and ignore the totality of the game we've played together since the final 18, from our three person alliances with Tammy, to bringing Val into the fold, to bringing Nate and Penner into it, you shielded me from a lot in this game and I did all I could to protect you, especially after those survey results.

a) alol I did sort of just answer this in my last post but yes, absolutely. The funny thing is, I would actually say I had less in-depth conversations with Heidi about the game than I did with most people? Heidi and I would touch base and go over our options but the bulk of the socializing I did for the rounds was with other people. I absolutely think my game would have stood up fine if Heidi left, and in fact, I did a lot to ensure that. I had a strong relationship with Sierra, a strong relationship with Hayden, with Sugar, and a pretty decent one situationally with you & Penner, because I think I would have been needed by almost everyone in the votes following Heidi's departure, whenever that hypothetically would have been. So the simple answer to that is, yes, absolutely. There's no doubt in my mind that my game would have carried on just fine.
and also, I don't think I was viewed as #2 by everyone (some, for sure) and I don't feel like I was ever her follower. there was literally never one time where I did something that Heidi wanted to do but I didn't, and in fact, I can't think of a single vote that Heidi orchestrated alone and other people followed. I think for the most part we just went with a plan that would keep us safe because there was a bigger picture: getting the necklaces/us being safe/etc.
b) omg this is so embarrassing, I signed up for it and filled out a bunch of profile stuff and the two recommendations that I got so far have been a meetup group for people with arthritis and joint pain and a meet-up group for moms who are looking to get back in shape after having kids. but.... *drumroll*... I AM using it on Halloween! I found a big event on meet up that I'm going to drag people from work to on Halloween night and I think it's going to be amazing, so thanks for that! ^_^ I just need better group recommendations because I don't have baby weight or arthritis lul

Thanks Ozzy!
I'll go with option A
I'll admit that my decisions were often shut down, and at times it came to a point where I wished I was I would have made myself heard more, but that doesn't mean I was the quiet mouse in the background and just went along with whatever they were saying. I did voiced up any concerns, or anything that I may have found troublesome for either myself or our alliance down the road.
When I was scheming with Sierra, I was very proactive, I think our PMs were just walls of text about what should we do, or who should we get rid of? I listed so MANY options of where to go and at the final 9 , we indeed had so many options of where to go because we knew Nate had the idol, I was the one who told her that I caught him on the boards and we wanted tackle it but without carrying too much attention, so one night I came up with the suggestion that we should target Val for the sole purpose to give us a shield so me and her can hide, before we were to take over the next round which was to blindside Nate with his idol
But I'd say in the beginning I was pretty quiet and I then I slowly became more engaged and vocal in the strategizing!
thanks for the question Ozzy!
best of luck with your decision!
