#3287 First of all, Congratulations for making the merge on this All-stars season! It's a big accomplishment, you've outlasted 11 players, nearly half of the players in this game.

Here's where the real fun begins. Where legends are made and the real season is defined. I want to wish you the best of luck and I know I don't have to tell you this because you already know... Leave it all in the game, don't waste any opportunities because you may not get another chance to redo them.

So I have a lot of questions but I'll start with a few:

1. Now that the Merge is here and it has gone to an Individual game, how will your strategy change?

2. Are you worried about any alliances or groups in particular? Do you think that the previous tribal breakdowns will factor into this merge at all?

3. Are you concerned with any threats in the game, and if you are a threat... are you concerned with being targetted for being a threat?

4. Now that the merge is upon us, players begin to look towards the finals and WINNING the game. How do you plan on proving to your other players that you deserve to win amongst all of these all-stars?

5. Who would you ideally like to team up with and who do you want to see gone ASAP? Are you planning on stepping outside of your comfort zone and making new allies/friends in this merge?

#3354 Hi Drew. Sorry to inundate you with more questions.

Now that we've reached the merge, how do you feel about your position in the game?

Also, could you please break the tribe down for me from your perspective. How would you rank your tribemates in terms of trust? maybe add on a rating of 1-10 as well if you don't mind.

#3410 1) My strategy wont change per-say. It just needs to be tweaked. There are still 13 of us, so the team game is important. I need to think about who stays and who goes though. Jury votes are a factor, and potential flipping is a factor. I want people out of the game that see how well I've played, and people in the game that see how well they can work with me.

2) I'm not very worried, but this first vote will determine a lot. I think the Saipans have a tight knit group, and they could pull som numbers in, I also think that Dan and I are leading a charge here, and have numbers on our side. Tribal breakdowns will matter for the first part of the merge. Once we get down and dirty, shit will start to change. I'm willing to do anything to anyone to win, and I'm sure a few others are in the same boat.

3)Yes. Penner, Ozzy, Sierra and potentially Richard if he can clean up his act are threats to me. The first 3 I think have the best read on the game aside from myself. Richard is just a smart guy. If I can figure out how to eliminate Penner, Ozzy and Sierra while still in a majority, I can win the game. I myself am also a huge threat, but not the biggest. I've downplayed my game, and upsold my ego and personality. If I can get the right numbers on my side, I'm not too worried. I want to get myself into a position where around 10 or 9 people I'm a swing vote. I don't want to be someone seen as leading the majority, which is a good reason why having Dan will help me.

4) I'll have to elaborate on this more in the future, but basically I plan on being an asset. If people need me for their plans, their plans can't involve getting me out. So as long as I can have a good read on what the plan is for either side, and make myself useful for the time being, I wont be a target. I need to figure out how to get work done without being the main one pushing everyone to do it. This is very basic though, and I'll need to expand on this soon.

5) Dan, Sugar and Rocky are 100% with me. Numbers that I don't want gone at all. I want Heidi/Tammy gone (one of em), Val gone soon, Rich gone, and I want to work on Ozzy/Penner/Sierra leaving fairly soon. There is no stepping outside my comfort zone, I'm comfortable doing anything to win the game, so if it means changing my personality to better align myself, or something similar, lets do it. Drew Christy isn't about to get 8th place again. I'm a fucking winner, and none of these pussies stand a chance.

I feel good about my position. I'm with numbers, but not the main target. I feel like I am someone that people in the minority might approach about ideas, and that is something you want.

I have 12 tribemates at this point. I'll rank em according to mutual trust

10- Dan: Dan and I are going to run this game top to bottom. He's a guy that a should have paired up with back in Indo, but have been this time around. I'm pretty certain he wouldn't screw me over, and as long as he's with me, I wouldn't either.

10- Rocky: Him and I have clicked since day 1, and I think I'm his #1 ally. He's proven time and time again to be loyal to me, as have I. I think he will be a crucial number for my game, plus we get along well. I could see him sitting next to me at the end.

10- Sugar: Sugar and I share an interesting dynamic. We get along quite well personally, and have just clicked since day 1. We were in a group of 4, but the other 2 were picked off one after another. Because of this, I don't see any way she would go against me. She's fun to have around, plus a lot of people were talking shit about her, and don't necessarily like her as a person/player. This means that she will ride or die with me. She sees me as her confidant, which is exactly the position I wanna be in. The more numbers I have locked up, the more fun I can have in this game.

8- Hayden: Guy is super chill, and we have gotten along quite well. i wouldn't say we are #1 on each-others list, but we both have a mutual agreement that we will work together. I see Hayden as someone that will help me gain majority when I need it, who might help me flip when I need it, and who might be eliminated around 6-8.

7- Sierra: Probably the best gameplayer here aside from myself, and maybe Ozzy/Penner. She's articulate, and socially almost perfect. If this weren't all stars, she'd probably run away with the season. Unfortunately for her, I know how she plays, and won't let her win. For now, we both trust each-other. We both know that we need to stick together to make progress here, and I'd venture to say that it remains unspoken that we both see the other as a threat.

0- Ozzy, Nate, Val, Tammy, Heidi, Richard, Penner: Don't trust these fuckers as far as I can throw em. Will need to do some fake shit to get some of em to either work with me, or at least not work against me.

Ozzy, Nate and Val are swing votes at this point. It seems like Myself, Dan, Hayden, Sierra, Sugar and Rocky will vote together. I'd venture to say Penner, Heidi, Tammy, Richard are voting together. That leaves the other 3 to decide who goes. I don't really like having 3 people in that position. They could easily just flip back and forth. The question remains, do I go with my original plan, or do I try and flip the vote to get out someone riding the middle?

I think for now, sticking to the numbers and getting a Saipan out works best. We narrow them down to 3, and then even if the other 3 flip back we tie. So we could then use Saipan to blindside someone in the middle, leaving a 6 person majority. If I can get this to happen, it will be the best outcome. If not, I'll need to reassess my position, and who I align myself with.

Kelly Wigles wrote:Hey Drew, what have you been up to over the weekend?

Oh yenno the usual. Binge drinking, being a badass.
Me and a bud tried to set a world record in one of the games we play, fell short, but was 14/10 drunk by the time it was over. I tried to remove myself from the game a bit this weekend, and keep most convo's light with people here. I don't want to be seen as the big threat right at the start of merge. I want to be at least #3 or #4 on people's hit list.

Kelly Wigles wrote:Drew, how much do you drink?

Oh god, I feel like I'm going to be asked this question by a therapist in about 4 years.

Well sometimes it'll be every day. Sometimes I'll go a few weeks to a month without drinking, it all depends. I had a good 3 or 4 months this year where I was striaght edge and just focused on being in shape, but since it's been getting colder, it's a little easier to occupy myself with a 26 of vodka than it is to go and do shit with snow on the ground.

#3499 How many drinks does it normally take to get you a good buzz? Also what's the worst/most memorable thing you've done drunk?

A good buzz for me is like 4 or 5/10.
Beer probably a 6 pack
Vodka/Gin/Whisky probably 6-8 ounces
Tequila 5 shots or so

Everclear, 1 will get me 5/10, 2 and I'm good for the night. 3 and it's time for a stomach pump.

I have an abundance of stories from my stupid drinking escapades. The most recent one was about a month ago. We had a keg, and I have a record for doing the longest kegstand in my circle of friends. We decided that for some reason it would be a good idea to put the keg in an SUV, and have me try and do a kegstand out the sunroof while my other friend drove around the block (I'm 6'3)

Needless to say the driver was sober, and I did a 25 second kegstand while going 35 mph.

Blame wiggles ya kike.

Looks like a potential vote shift. Heidi was the original plan, but shit might switch to Rich or Penner.
I'll keep ya posted, I don't give a fuck who goes. I feel like Rich might be the best bet, but it makes no difference to me. I just want the numbers to get smaller.
