Episode 09

First of all, Congratulations for making the merge on this All-stars season! It's a big accomplishment, you've outlasted 11 players, nearly half of the players in this game.

Here's where the real fun begins. Where legends are made and the real season is defined. I want to wish you the best of luck and I know I don't have to tell you this because you already know... Leave it all in the game, don't waste any opportunities because you may not get another chance to redo them.

So I have a lot of questions but I'll start with a few:

1. Now that the Merge is here and it has gone to an Individual game, how will your strategy change?

2. Are you worried about any alliances or groups in particular? Do you think that the previous tribal breakdowns will factor into this merge at all?

3. Are you concerned with any threats in the game, and if you are a threat... are you concerned with being targetted for being a threat?

4. Now that the merge is upon us, players begin to look towards the finals and WINNING the game. How do you plan on proving to your other players that you deserve to win amongst all of these all-stars?

5. Who would you ideally like to team up with and who do you want to see gone ASAP? Are you planning on stepping outside of your comfort zone and making new allies/friends in this merge?

Hi Penner. Sorry to inundate you with more questions.

Now that we've reached the merge, how do you feel about your position in the game?

Also, could you please break the tribe down for me from your perspective. How would you rank your tribemates in terms of trust? maybe add on a rating of 1-10 as well if you don't mind.

My strategy is pretty much the same as my original season; lay low at the merge, let the "power players" target each other, ride the middle and use the people on the outs to give me the numbers to safely pick off the big threats until I have a majority with people I trust.

Dan summed it up really well in a recent message to me - he doesn't want to work with any of the Saipan people because they didn't even bother talking to him when he was on their tribe. I'm taking the time to chat to the people that Heidi et al see as useless so I have the most options available whenever I need them

Except Sugar, fuck her.

What's wrong with Sugar?

I've disliked her ever since Suriname when she voted for Mookie and he used an idol to vote her out. She spent the rest of the season going on about how she was backstabbed by Mookie AT THE TRIBAL WHERE SHE VOTED FOR HIM

I can't deal with someone who is so hypocritical. She's also just a mean person in general.

You've mentioned that you plan on taking a backseat at this stage and letting the bigger players kill each other, how do you see the votes going down the next few rounds?

The Saipan 5 plus Ozzy and Nate take out Dan and Sugar first, then Hayden and Rocky, but in between those two we'll need to blindside the idols away from Tammy and Heidi.

How loyal do you feel the Saipan 5 are going to be?

Loyal as long as it's useful. Nobody is gonna have any problem flipping on each other in the future, I'm just trying to make sure that when the time comes that Heidi and Tammy soon find out that Val and Richard will both swing my direction and leave them out in the cold.

I'll add some rationale to this later
